In 1997, I had my first experience in a call center: I started as an agent for a technical call center in the south of the country, where I held various positions and acquired experience in different domains. In 2000, I established the Call Center Benelux with my brother Addy de Leeuwe. In 2013, our company was acquired by IPG. As Managing Director, I’m accountable for the Dutch branch of IPG. An experienced and dedicated staff supports me. Our team is available at all times, both for our own people as for our clients. Together, we are continuously aiming to be the best choice on the market!
