CALLCENTER MANAGER

I started at IPG The Netherlands in 2008. Previously, I had already gathered extensive experience in the call center business, in which I have held positions as a commercial agent, trainer, coach, supervisor, planner, operations manager and call center manager. At IPG The Netherlands, many different clients have specific needs for their projects. It’s my job to translate the wishes of our clients to the floor and to achieve their KPI’s. My challenge is to make it work, to manage the different departments and also to ensure that everyone gets pleasure and satisfaction from his or her job. My job is busy, but very challenging and enjoyable. I’m not alone: Fortunately, I can rely on my motivated and talented colleagues.
